The RKM Heavy Duty HDPE Roller has been designed as a lightweight, low-noise, belt-friendly, corrosion-resistant, better UV-stabilised alternative to PVC. The roller provides a thicker shell at the same weight as typical PVC, offering better wear resistance and flexural strength than a PVC roller. The roller excels in harsh environments such as wet prep plants, where spillage and carryback are common issues. Its reduced weight makes it a great option for hard-to-reach places or for incline gantries, where two people are required to carry a steel roller to its location. Due to the RKM Heavy Duty HDPE roller’s low coefficient of friction, it reduces the amount of carryback material that adheres to the roller’s surface.
