The RKM Steel Hybrid Roller is an alternative to the standard steel roller if you are experiencing extreme shell wear. The specially formulated poly housings offer a belt friendly surface if shell wear problems can’t be rectified. The roller is also available as a low noise, dynamically balanced to ISO 1940-1:2016 – G16 option. With the additional large non rotating rock jam prevention outer cover which incorporates an additional labyrinth the RKM Steel Hybrid Roller provides maximum performance. The roller is also available with an extensive list of product upgrades to meet your specific operating conditions.

Roller Assembly
- Excellent Balance
- Reduced roller surface area, which helps shed material build up on the roller surface and prolongs roller life
- 2 x disc profiles. Flat discs are used on the ends and tapered discs in between. The flat discs reduce wear issues when the belt is tracking across the roller face
- Press fitted poly discs and welded end retainers ensure positive retention during operation
